The famous saying "an apple a day keeps the doctor away" seems to be accurate, as scientists have discovered that eating an apple a day strengthens muscles and fights body fat.

The Daily Telegraph said researchers have discovered that allure acid, a substance found in the cortex, has natural body-building properties, can help people maintain the agility and thinness of their bodies, and can even help treat diabetes.

Trials have shown that this substance promotes muscle growth by about 15%, and reduces body fat by more than half.
According to the new study, this substance has healthy properties, as it reduces blood sugar levels, cholesterol, and harmful fatty acids.

Dr. Christopher Adams, who led the study at the University of Iowa, said the substance can be particularly useful for older people whose muscles naturally weaken with age in what is known as organic atrophy.

The study, published in the latest issue of Cell Metabolism, showed that aerobic acid reduced muscle wasting in experimental mice.

Researchers believe that this substance is reprogramming genes that cause muscle wasting and fat accumulation.

Interestingly, although aerobic acid increased muscle weight in mice, it did not improve overall body weight, and further research has shown that mice fed with aerobic acid had less fat than those that did not supply this chemical compound.

Now researchers plan to experiment with this substance on humans to see if it has the same effect.
